QR codes for your booking links
What this does
Section titled “What this does”Every booking link in AysOps has a QR code you can download and put on flyers, business cards, posters, signs or your website. Someone points their phone camera at it and lands on your booking page. Bookings made that way are marked From your QR code, so you can see whether your printed material brings in work.
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”- Your business booking page: Online booking → Services → the Online booking card, under the link.
- Your group sessions page: Online booking → Group sessions, in the card at the top of Group sessions customers can sign up for.
- One group session: open the session and click QR code (shown while it’s published and hasn’t ended), for a flyer about that one class.
- A team member’s own link: Online booking → Who can be booked → QR beside the person.
- Your own link: Settings → Profile → Your booking link.
Download it
Section titled “Download it”Click PNG (flyers, cards) for a large picture, or SVG (print shops, any size) for a file that stays sharp at any size. Print shops usually prefer the SVG.
Before you print: QR codes are permanent
Section titled “Before you print: QR codes are permanent”A printed QR code can’t be changed. It keeps working as long as its link does. If online booking is turned off, or the person leaves your team, the code opens a page saying booking isn’t available.
“No QR code yet”
Section titled ““No QR code yet””A team member who hasn’t added their name has a temporary link. It changes to their name the first time they add one, so a code printed now would stop working. Instead of a code you’ll see Why no QR code?. Add the name in Settings → Profile → Full name and click Save: the permanent link and its QR code then appear.
See which bookings came from a QR code
Section titled “See which bookings came from a QR code”- Online booking → Bookings: From your QR code under the service.
- A group session’s list of who signed up: From your QR code beside the name.
A booking is marked when the person opened your page from the QR code and booked in that same browser tab.
