What this does
Section titled “What this does”The Integrations page is one place that lists the other systems AysOps is connected to, such as Stripe for card payments, your calendar, QuickBooks and Zoom. Click a row to open its settings, where you connect, change or disconnect it.
It only lists what you already have. An integration appears here once its add-on is turned on; to find new ones, look on the Add-ons page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- At least one of these add-ons must be on: AysOps Payments With Stripe, Calendar Sync, QuickBooks Sync, AysOps for Zoom, or AysOps for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Until one is, there is no Integrations entry.
- You only see the rows you’re allowed to use. By default:
- Calendar Sync and AysOps for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams: everyone who can see the calendar.
- Online Payments: the owner and administrators.
- QuickBooks Online and AysOps for Zoom: the owner and administrators (or anyone given the business settings permission).
- Click Settings, then More, then Integrations. You’ll see the Integrations page: “The other systems AysOps is connected to”.
- Each row shows the name and what it does:
- Online Payments: let customers pay invoices by card through Stripe.
- Calendar Sync: push appointments to Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 or Apple iCloud.
- QuickBooks Online: send invoices and expenses to QuickBooks, and import your existing setup.
- AysOps for Zoom: put a Zoom link in every remote appointment, with any calendar or none.
- AysOps for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams: Google Meet or Teams links on remote appointments, plus Meet and Teams transcripts filed on the customer.
- Click a row to open its settings page.
Tip: Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are set up on the Calendar Sync page, because they use your calendar connection. Both rows open the same page.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Changes are made on each integration’s own page. See the related articles below for each one.
When you turn on one of these add-ons, AysOps takes you straight to its setup page so you can finish connecting it.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- I don’t see Integrations under More: none of the integration add-ons is on, or you don’t have permission for any of them. Ask the account owner.
- Opening Integrations takes me to the Add-ons page: there is nothing for you to see there yet (the same reasons as above).
- A row I expected is missing: its add-on is off, or your role doesn’t include that permission. For example, staff don’t see Online Payments, QuickBooks or Zoom.
