Mileage reminders after on-site visits

What this does

If you had an on-site appointment with a customer in the last 7 days and nobody logged a trip for that customer that day, AysOps reminds you when you sign in, so no billable or deductible kilometres are forgotten.

How it works

  • It looks at your own calendar for appointments with a customer, marked On-site, that have ended. Remote (phone or video) appointments never remind.
  • If anyone on your team logged a trip for that customer on that date, there’s no reminder.
  • The popup appears once per sign-in. It also prompts you to add a vehicle or a business address if you haven’t yet.

What you can do

  • Log this trip: opens Mileage with the date and customer filled in (round trip on, billable off). Check it and click Record. See Log a trip.
  • Didn’t drive: hides that appointment’s reminder for good, on every device.
  • Closing the popup just waits until your next sign-in.
