- The address. Documents go to the customer’s billing contact when they have one, not always to the customer’s main email. The send box shows who it goes to.
- Did it actually send? Open the customer and look in Notes & Actions: sent documents and emails are logged there with the address. See Notes & Actions.
Emails to your customers
Section titled “Emails to your customers”- You haven’t connected your own mailbox: emails come from documents@aysops.com with your address as the reply-to. Some customers’ mail filters are stricter with unfamiliar senders. Ask them to add documents@aysops.com to their contacts, or send from your own address (see Send email from your own address).
- You have connected your own mailbox: if Settings → More → Email shows a red “hit a problem on the last attempt” message, your mailbox refused the email, often because the app password was removed. Enter a new one and click Save & send test.
Emails to you (sign-in links, password resets, invitations)
Section titled “Emails to you (sign-in links, password resets, invitations)”- These come from AysOps. Check spam, then ask for a new one: links expire after a short time.
- If you asked several times quickly, you may see “Too many requests”. Wait a few minutes.
