Sign in to AysOps
What this does
Section titled “What this does”Signs you in to your AysOps account. There are three ways: with your password, with a magic link emailed to you, or with your Google or Microsoft account.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need an AysOps account, either one you created or one a team member invited you to. See Create your AysOps account.
With your password
Section titled “With your password”- Go to the AysOps sign-in page. You’ll see Welcome back and “Sign in to your account”.
- Make sure the Password tab is selected (it is by default).
- Type your Email and Password.
- Click Sign in.
With a magic link (no password)
Section titled “With a magic link (no password)”- On the sign-in page, click the Magic link tab.
- Type your Email and click Send magic link.
- The page says “If that email is registered, a sign-in link is on its way.” Open the email and click the link to sign in.
With Google or Microsoft
Section titled “With Google or Microsoft”- On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
- Approve the sign-in on the Google or Microsoft page. You’re brought back to AysOps, signed in.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- If you turned on two-step sign-in, you’re asked for your code next. See Two-step sign-in.
- If you belong to more than one company, you land in the company you used last. You can switch companies at any time.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- “Invalid login credentials”: the email or password is wrong. AysOps doesn’t say which, for security. Check for typing mistakes, or reset your password.
- “Too many sign-in attempts. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” (with a password) or “Too many requests. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” (with a magic link): too many tries in a short time. Wait a few minutes.
- “The security check did not complete”: a small security check from Cloudflare runs on this page to keep out automated sign-ups and password guessing. Most of the time you don’t see it. If a box appears, tick it, wait a moment, then try again. If it keeps failing, reload the page, or turn off a browser extension that blocks scripts.
- The magic link email didn’t arrive: check spam or junk. The message on screen is the same whether or not the email has an account, so also check you typed the right address.
- Google or Microsoft signs you in to a different account than expected: sign out of that Google or Microsoft account in your browser first, or use your password instead.
